OmnibusVault is operated by Argobound LLC ("Argobound," "we," "our," or "us"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using OmnibusVault and any other Argobound products and services.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store these to identify your account.

Collection data: Books you mark as owned, wishlist entries, reading logs, sale records, and pre-order tracking you create within the app. This includes star ratings you assign to books, private notes you attach to your collection, gifting logs, reviews, and comments you post.

Submitted content: Cover images, scans, or other media you submit through the app. See our User Content Policy for details on how this content is handled.

Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this to monitor performance and diagnose errors.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the OmnibusVault service

• Sync your collection across devices

• Process subscription payments via Stripe

• Respond to support requests

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

OmnibusVault uses browser local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and to cache catalog data for faster browsing. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use Google OAuth for authentication, which may set cookies governed by Google's own privacy policy. We use Stripe for payment processing, which operates under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Some pages may contain affiliate links to retailers such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. When you click these links, those retailers may set their own cookies to track the referral. These cookies are governed by the respective retailer's privacy policy. You can decline affiliate tracking by not clicking those links or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings.

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings. Doing so will sign you out and clear any locally cached data.

We use the following third-party services which may process your data under their own terms:

• Google — Authentication (OAuth 2.0)

• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management

• Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other retailers — Affiliate programs (see Section 6 below)

• Cloud infrastructure providers — Hosting, databases, and image storage

OmnibusVault participates in affiliate advertising programs, including but not limited to the Amazon Associates Program and the Barnes & Noble affiliate program. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate links are used solely to help offset the costs of running the service. Our catalog data, reviews, and recommendations are not influenced by affiliate relationships — we only link to books that are genuinely in our catalog.

As required by the FTC, we disclose our participation in affiliate programs. By using the Service and clicking retailer links, you acknowledge this relationship.

We retain your account and collection data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@omnibusvault.com.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
