Terms of Service

By accessing or using OmnibusVault (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are between you and Argobound LLC ("Argobound," "we," "our," or "us").

OmnibusVault is a personal collection-tracking and catalog-browsing application for comic book omnibus editions. The Service allows users to catalog their owned books, track pre-orders, maintain wishlists, and browse a community-maintained catalog.

The Service may display links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble) through affiliate programs. When you purchase through these links, Argobound LLC may earn a commission. See Section 11 for full affiliate disclosure.

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.

Certain features require a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You may submit cover images, photos, and other content ("User Content") through the Service. By doing so, you grant Argobound LLC the rights described in our User Content Policy. You warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• Submit content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, or obscene

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Circumvent any rate-limiting or access controls

The OmnibusVault application, design, and original content are owned by Argobound LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Comic book cover art and related imagery displayed in the catalog remain the property of their respective copyright holders (publishers, artists, etc.). Their appearance in OmnibusVault does not constitute a claim of ownership by Argobound LLC.

Catalog data may include data from the Grand Comics Database™, used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. Portions of our catalog data derived from the Grand Comics Database remain available under that same license. The Grand Comics Database is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, OmnibusVault.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ARGOBOUND LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Catalog data (ISBNs, page counts, publication dates, contents) is maintained by community contributors and may contain errors. We make no representations as to its accuracy or completeness.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARGOBOUND LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

OmnibusVault participates in affiliate advertising programs with retailers including, but not limited to, Amazon (Amazon Associates Program) and Barnes & Noble. When you click a retailer link within the Service and make a qualifying purchase, Argobound LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

As required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), we clearly disclose this relationship. Affiliate commissions help support the costs of running OmnibusVault. Our catalog content and recommendations are editorially independent and not influenced by affiliate arrangements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
