User Content Policy

This policy explains the rights and responsibilities that apply when you submit content to OmnibusVault, including but not limited to: cover photographs or scans, book condition notes, reviews, collection data, and any other material you contribute through the Service ("User Content").

By submitting any User Content through OmnibusVault, you grant Argobound LLC and its affiliates, successors, and assigns a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit that User Content, in whole or in part, in any media and for any purpose.

This license applies across all current and future Argobound products and properties, not limited to OmnibusVault. For example, a cover image you submit may be used in catalog data served to other Argobound applications.

You retain ownership of your User Content. This license does not transfer ownership to Argobound LLC.

Comic book cover artwork and interiors are protected by copyright owned by the respective publishers, artists, and other rights holders. By submitting photographs or scans of such material, you represent that your submission constitutes fair use or that you have obtained the necessary rights to submit and license that content.

The license you grant to Argobound LLC under Section 2 is limited to the extent of whatever rights you legally hold in the submitted content. Argobound LLC does not claim ownership of the underlying copyrighted works (e.g., the comic book cover art itself), and this policy does not convey any rights beyond those you are entitled to grant.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and to grant the license described above

• Your submission does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights beyond any applicable fair use

• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• The content does not contain malicious code or harmful material

Argobound LLC reserves the right to review, reject, edit, or remove any User Content at its sole discretion, including content that is inaccurate, low-quality, or that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.

If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, contact us at support@omnibusvault.com.

You will not receive compensation for User Content you submit. By contributing to OmnibusVault, you are helping build a community catalog that benefits all users.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued submission of User Content after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
