January 2027 Marvel Omnibus Pre-Order Updates

1048 pages of 100% Rainbow Rowell goodness! Both covers look amazing. The standard cover is from Kris Anka, who was the original Penciler for the 2017 run.

Starting with issue 19 of that 2017 run, Andrés Genolet took over internal work for most of the issues, with Kris staying on as cover artist for the rest of the run.

In 2025, there was a 5 part mini-series for Runaways, still written by Rainbow, but the pencil work was from Elena Casagrande -- Too bad we don't get a second DM cover to celebrate Elena this time around.

We are clocking Kris at 41% of the internal work, and Andrés at 40.5% and Elena at 11.4%. Who was your favorite of the 3 for representing the art of Runaways?

We have a short one here, only 504 pages. So if you want to mark another Omnibus 'read' for this year in a hurry, this might be the one to go with. The MSRP is only $100 dollars, But we had the Secret War by Brian Michael Bendis Omnibus at 384 pages at $75 last year, so I'm not sure exactly where the value cut-off metric is for pricing. Even so, this looks like a ton of fun.

100% of this book is the work of Benjamin Percy, so if you liked his work on Ghost Rider, or Wolverine: Sabertooth Wars, you're in for a treat, when Percy doesn't have to worry so much about continuity.

We have our Standard cover from Leinil Francis Yu who was the cover artist for the Omnibuses' part 5 mini series namesake. That was his only attributation at 1.2% of the book.

For the Direct Market (DM) cover we have a cover from Gabriele Dell'Otto This appears to be the 1C variant cover from the main event mini-series, complimenting Leinil's cover.

Clocking in at 984 pages, we have what is effectively a 'fun' Spider-man Book, where he teams up with the marvel universe. This will take us through the 1970s, from December 1974 to September 1977. Marvel Team-up ran for 150 issues-- This takes us to Issue 64, so expect a few more volumes. If you have the first volume, make sure to pre-order, especially if you want the Direct Market cover with the X-men.
